Our History
Given the increased vulnerability and social isolation of individuals with neurodiverse abilities, programs that offer support, safety and stability is crucial. We formed our organization to help this need. We've consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of the amazing Peterborough community!
Our Mission
Achieve Charity provides a respectful, responsive, and supportive community for individuals with neurodiverse abilities (e.g., FASD) that includes navigating community pathways (volunteerism or employment) as well as furthering literacy, life, and social skills. We strive to foster supportive interdependence while focusing on individuals’ strengths and assets as they actively engage in living in an inclusive environment.
