DSO - Developmental Services Ontario
At age 18, many services such as Special Services at Home, Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities, and services through the Ontario Autism Program end. DSO is the access point for adult developmental services funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) in Ontario. CANOPY Support Services
They provide community-based specialized support and clinical services for individuals, families, and service providers that contribute to the enhancement of the quality of life of persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorders.
